Christian rapper Trip releases a song about purity on
Valentine’s Day
Article By LaTavia Mack // Empowering Everyday Women Ministries // Abstinence

February 14, 2017

On Valentine’s Day, when many unmarried couples will succumb to the lust of the flesh, a
Christian rapper is giving his listeners strength to continue waiting.

Reach Records recording artist Trip Lee has released “I Can Wait,” a timely song about purity.

“It's a love song. And it's a song about fighting to honor God when you feel drawn to someone,"
explained the 29-year-old pastor of Cornerstone Church in Atlanta in a Tuesday, Feb. 14th tweet.

According to the Stellar Award winner, his newest offering is about “fighting for purity”—a right on
time message for singles on America’s national holiday for lovers.
