PANDORA Jewelry, one of the world's largest jewelry brands, announces a continued partnership
with Dress for Success, a global not-for-profit organization, as their official jewelry partner for the
second year in a row.

PANDORA will continue to support Dress for Success and the women they help by committing to
$500,000 donation in 2017, plus donating PANDORA Jewelry to Dress for Success affiliates across
North America.

"We're proud to partner with Dress for Success for a second year as we saw the impact we could
make together in inspiring and empowering women to achieve success," says Charisse Ford, Chief
Marketing Officer, PANDORA Americas. "PANDORA Jewelry is not only a way to showcase your
unique sense of style, but can ignite the confidence these women need as they successfully enter
into the professional world."

Donated PANDORA Jewelry will be available in select Dress for Success boutiques across the
Americas. As part of the Dress for Success Suiting Program, women will accessorize with PANDORA
Jewelry, not only as a personal style statement, but as a bigger symbol of confidence, strength and
determination. PANDORA will also sponsor various Dress for Success events throughout 2017.

This included the Dress for Success
Celebrating the Journey 20th Anniversary Gala, which
celebrated women who overcame adversity and continue to grow to fulfill a greater destiny. It also
includes the Success Summit, which is a three-day women's leadership conference for women to
receive leadership and personal development advice. As well as the Shop for Success event, a
three-day VIP designer shopping event where proceeds directly benefit the career development
and employment retention programs of Dress for Success Worldwide-West.

"We're overjoyed to be partnering again with PANDORA Jewelry as their jewelry continues to be a
highlight for our women at Dress for Success," said Joi Gordon, CEO of Dress for Success
Worldwide. "PANDORA's support drives forward our mission to empower women to achieve
economic independence through providing a network of support, professional attire and the
development tools to help women thrive in work and in life."

The partnership continues to be a natural fit with PANDORA's mission and global DO Campaign.
The DO campaign endeavors to inspire women to be true to themselves and what they believe in
by offering them the opportunity for personal expression through the brand's universe of
high-quality and timeless jewelry.
