If your pastor instructs you to do something outrageous, for which there is no biblical support, leave that church
at once.
A bizarre story has emerged out of The Kenyan Daily Post about a leader known as Reverend Njohi telling
female congregants to leave their undies and braziers at home before entering the sanctuary.
The official report first published online Feb. 25, which is just now making its way around global news circuits,
has been met with shock and disgust.
So far, no reason has been given for the pastor of Lord's Propeller Redemption Church in Kenya advising
women against wearing undergarments.
The news only states that the act of wearing panties and bras was vilified as an “unholy” inhibition to freedom of
both “body” and “spirit,” which would subsequently result in unspecified “dire circumstances.”
Unfortunately, even in the face of such a disgraceful and distasteful request, there was no mass exodus of
church members. According to the story, the whistle blower, who divulged details under conditions of
anonymity, said obedient female parishioners showed up without bras and panties as they were told to do.
Wow.
