Been missing “The Yolanda Adams Morning Show”? Well, here’s some good news.
The multiple GRAMMY® Award winner’s syndicated radio program, which was cut from the airwaves in April of this year and replaced with Erica Campbell’s morning show, returns Oct. 3, 2016.
“Stay tuned. We are coming back,” wrote the beloved singer and media personality, 55, on Facebook. She makes her official on Houston’s all-new AMAZING 102.5FM weekdays from 6-10 a.m. EST
The “Yolanda Adams Morning Show” reboot, which initially will premier on one station, can be accessed by listeners locally in Houston and worldwide via streaming on amazing1025fm.com.
“We are so excited our voices will be heard again to impact the world at such a time in history,” Adams said in a news release obtained by EEW Magazine editors. “Our voices impact people’s hearts to invoke awareness, encouragement and change. We are honored and humbled for all the support and love. We promise to give it back in great measure.”
After almost ten years of hosting “The Yolanda Adams Morning Show,” Reach Media chose to replace the popular show with Campbell’s “Get Up! Mornings”—something fans are none too pleased about. “Can't wait for you and the morning crew to get back to it...you are SORELY missed,” wrote one fan named Jacquelynne on Facebook.
Another woman named Michel’e wrote, “I really enjoyed your show! I haven't listened to that station since you left.”
The all new “Yolanda Adams Morning Show” will return with the same co-host Marcus Wiley and will feature fan favorite segments, Points of Power, Inside Inspiration, Bishop Secular and Yolanda’s Take.
